Delivery policy
- Introduction
1.1 In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.
1.2 This policy shall not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; rather, our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products is indicated in this policy.
- Geographical limitations
2.1 We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: Israel and the United States.
2.2 We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories.
- Delivery methods and periods
3.1 From the day the order and the payment are received, we will usually process the order for shipping with 5-7 business days. After that,
(a) if your delivery address is in Israel, your order will be sent through registered mail of Israel Post. Israel Post does not indicate or guarantee the typical delivery times.
(b) if your delivery address in in the United States, your order will be sent from Israel through Eco Post and the typical period for delivery of products is 7-10 working days from the days of dispatch. You may also opt for EMS Delivery, with a typical delivery period of 2-3 working days.
(c) of your delivery address in a country other than Israel or the United States and we have accepted your order, your order will be sent from Israel through Israel Post and delivery times will depend on the country in question, though will generally not exceed 30 working days from the day of dispatch.
3.2 The delivery periods set out in this Section 3 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
- Delivery charges
4.1 Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
4.2 Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.
4.3 Our delivery charges are as follows:
(a) In Israel, registered mail of up to 500 grams is 25 NIS, and between 500 grams and two kilos is 30 NIS.
(b) To the United States, via Eco Post, up to 500 grams is 20 USD, between 500 grams and one kilo is 25 USD, and between one and two kilos is 30 USD. For delivery via EMS, the delivery charges are as follows: up to 500 grams costs 35 USD, between 500 grams and one kilo costs 40 USD, and between one and two kilos costs 45 USD.
- Delivery tracking
5.1 Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
5.2 To track your delivery, enter the tracking number issued by the delivery service provider and follow their instructions.
- Delivery problems
6.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
6.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
6.3 An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
